Cancellation Policy
At Agile Owl Ltd, we aim to keep bookings transparent and straightforward. Please read this Cancellation Policy and our Terms & Conditions (footer) on our page, before paying for a product/service. 1. Charges & Payment Prices for Licensed Products and Services are displayed on our website. Payment is required in advance to confirm bookings. 2. Booking & Rescheduling Bookings can be made up to 2 weeks in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations or reschedules within 12 hours incur a £25 penalty. Contact us at melissa@theagileowl.com for urgent cancellations or reschedules. 3. Licensed Products & Consultation Services If purchased with consultation services, cancellations before the first meeting: ≥12 hours notice → Full refund <12 hours notice → £25 penalty Digital products already accessed/downloaded are non-refundable unless cancelled under the above terms. 4. No-Shows Failure to attend without notice is considered a no-show; fees are retained, and no refund is issued. 5. Refunds Refunds (if applicable) are issued to the original payment method. Processing depends on your bank’s standard clearing time. 6. Client Responsibilities Provide accurate information and arrive on time. Lateness >15 minutes may be treated as a no-show. Help keep costs low by providing full instructions and limiting unnecessary contact. 7. Changes by Agile Owl Ltd We may occasionally need to reschedule. You will be offered a full refund or a free reschedule. 8. Liability & Legal Our services provide guidance and consultation but do not establish a solicitor-client relationship. Liability is limited to the total fees already paid for the specific Licensed Product or Service. 9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under this policy are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
